A customer recently let me know that she had submitted two "Contact Us" forms in the last week and had gotten no reply. Perplexed by this, I checked the account settings to see that all forms were redirecting to my college email account which is no longer active as of last December. Earlier last fall I switched all account info to a new email address but seem to have overlooked this one aspect of the site. Better late than never, but everything is now fixed. If you've submitted a form within the past few months and never received a reply please shoot me an email directly and I'll send you some free goodies. So sorry for this mix up, hopefully we can get everything straight!
